Subhash Chandra ke paas sirf ₹6.5 crore? Kiraye ki income se chal raha kharcha
Zee aur Essel Group ke founder Subhash Chandra ne apni vartaman financial situation ko lekar bada bayan diya hai. Unke mutabik unhone family aur personal assets ka ek bada hissa loans aur financial obligations ko chukane mein laga diya hai. Unhone yah bhi bataya ki ab unke paas lagbhag ₹6.5 crore bache hain, jinhe approved repayment plan ke tahat creditors ko dena hoga.
Chandra ke mutabik unhone apne parivar ki property aur anya assets beche hain. Unhone yah bhi kaha ki unhone apna ghar tak bech diya tha, taaki financial obligations ko pura kiya ja sake.
Ab rental income se chal raha kharcha
Subhash Chandra ne bataya ki unke paas ek chhoti residential property hai, jiska ek hissa rent par diya gaya hai. Isi property se milne wali rental income se unke vartaman expenses chal rahe hain.
Unhone apni situation ko lekar kaha ki unke paas jo aakhri ₹6.5 crore bache hain, unhe repayment plan ke hisab se dena hoga. Saath hi unhone yah bhi kaha ki unhe apni situation ko lekar koi regret nahi hai aur woh dobara wealth create karne ki koshish karenge.
NCLT ne repayment plan ko di approval
National Company Law Tribunal yani NCLT ne 25 August ko Subhash Chandra ke repayment plan ko approve kiya tha.
Approved plan ke tahat lagbhag ₹6.25 crore creditors ko aur ₹25 lakh insolvency process ke expenses ke liye rakhe gaye hain. Yeh amount lagbhag ₹22,006.57 crore ke admitted claims ke muqable bahut kam hai.
Yah case un corporate borrowings se juda hai jinke liye Subhash Chandra ne personal guarantees di thi. Isliye ₹22,006.57 crore ka figure seedhe unke dwara liye gaye personal loan ke roop mein dekhna sahi nahi hoga. Chandra ne bhi isi baat par zor diya hai.
Creditors ne repayment plan ka virodh kiya
NCLT ke approval ke baad kai lenders ne repayment plan par aapatti jatayi hai.
Canara Bank, Union Bank of India aur LIC Housing Finance ne 29 August ko kaha ki woh NCLT ke order ko National Company Law Appellate Tribunal yani NCLAT ke samne challenge karenge.
Canara Bank ne kaha ki usne repayment plan ke khilaf vote kiya tha aur woh appeal file karega. Union Bank of India ne bhi NCLT ke decision ko challenge karne ki baat kahi hai. LIC Housing Finance ne bhi anya public financial institutions ke saath appeal karne ki baat kahi hai.
Lenders ke mutabik repayment plan ko anya financial creditors ke support ke karan approval mila. Reports ke mutabik plan ke favour mein voting share lagbhag 80.81% tha.
Forensic audit ko lekar bhi objection
Canara Bank ne repayment plan ke saath forensic audit ki demand bhi uthayi thi. Bank ke mutabik uski voting share kam hone ke karan uski demand ko approval nahi mila.
Is wajah se repayment plan ko lekar legal dispute abhi khatam nahi hua hai. NCLAT mein hone wali proceedings se aage ki situation aur clear ho sakti hai.
Subhash Chandra ka future plan kya hai?
Financial difficulties ke bawajood Subhash Chandra ne dobara business aur investment activities shuru karne ki baat kahi hai.
Reports ke mutabik woh Switzerland mein ek professional contact ke saath investment opportunities par kaam karne ki planning kar rahe hain. Unhone family se ₹2 crore se ₹4 crore tak borrowing karke startups aur anya ventures mein investment karne ki possibility ka bhi zikr kiya hai.
Unka kehna hai ki woh dobara earning shuru karna chahte hain aur naye business ideas par kaam karenge.
₹22,006 crore claims aur ₹6.25 crore repayment ka matter
Is poore case ka sabse bada point admitted claims aur approved repayment amount ke beech ka bahut bada difference hai.
NCLT ke approved plan mein creditors ke liye ₹6.25 crore ka repayment rakha gaya hai, jabki admitted claims ka total lagbhag ₹22,006.57 crore bataya gaya hai.
Halaanki, yah samajhna zaroori hai ki yah matter personal guarantees aur corporate borrowings se juda hua hai. Isliye ise simply ₹22,000 crore ka personal loan maankar dekhna sahi nahi hoga.
Ab case ka agla important stage NCLAT mein lenders ki proposed appeals hongi. In appeals ke baad repayment plan ki legal position mein koi badlav hota hai ya nahi, is par nazar rahegi.
